Make a change.
See what it does.
Start with a ticker you can stop. Change its pace, watch each pulse, then open Patchbay to see how its parts connect. It shows a repeating pulse, not the time of day. The examples run in your own local Conduit body.

- Predict. Choose “A ticker you can stop.” Read the source:
time/every(1s)sets the interval;>>connects its pulses to the display. - Try. Choose Try in my Handbook and watch the pulses. Change
1sto2s, try again, and compare the pace. - Look inside. Open Patchbay and select the ticker from the resident plots. Select a gear, port, or cord in its diagram to inspect what it means.
- Stop and return. Choose Lull to stop execution. Wake starts it again. A reload recovers the same local body while admitting fresh execution.
Put words to what you saw
A plot describes the work. Gears invoke kinds of operation; cords connect their typed ports. A plan selects how the work will run, and a play executes it.
