Section 25 of 26
Project status and roadmap
Conduit is experimental. The development tree includes checked Conduitese, immutable planning, one bounded kernel, body lifecycle, hosted/browser/ConduitOS execution, and environment-specific evidence. Those are different proof claims, not a promise of identical support on every host.

| Question | Source |
|---|---|
| What is implemented, and with what limits? | STATUS |
| What is unfinished or paused? | Roadmap and open issues |
| What code does the published product contain? | Current product truth |
| What syntax can I write? | Current language surface |
| What does a test or screenshot establish? | Evidence and proof |
| Where is an old acceptance record? | History |
Development implementation, accepted release, and published product can differ. An open issue is unfinished or planned work; it does not establish that someone is actively implementing it. Follow an issue for its latest scope and state.
Language boundaries worth knowing
- Executable
plotand portable representationformare implemented ondevby #4800; completed #4513 records its separate stable acceptance. - Units and quantities now demonstrates completed #5328: all 24 SI prefixes, exact conversions/comparisons, affine temperature points, temperature differences and explicit representation refusals.
- The feature example index records the language surface reviewed on 9 October 2026. Open grammar proposals are scoped typed delimiter families #5317 and finite value parameters #5326. Their examples remain proposals until implemented and checked.
- Acoustic and Speech integration issues add quantity meaning, exact projections and linguistic custody above native suffix literals. Their unfinished acceptance scenarios are labeled separately from current grammar.
